Owner, Pete, has honed his craft over the past 15 or more years to become a Essex Plantation Shutter business who chooses to outperform the rest. Absolutely fastidious in excellence in shutter installations, but also wants you to understand that his clients mean the world to him. (We’ve earned those 100+ 5 ***** reviews!)

Did not feel pressured into buying the product, guy was very informative. We were kept updated throughout the process whilst the shutters were made and shipped. Pete and Steve were very professional during the install cleaning up after aswell, always a bonus.  The screen itself is great quality and allows our space to be fly free  when the doors are opened on warm days and evenings. No more closing the doors on warm evenings early because of the bugs. I came across this company after doing some research and seeing the positive feedback from other customers, from the moment I messaged the customer service I received was exceptional, I was given so much info and my questions answered , from the first visit where measurements were taken and styles discussed to the fitting I was kept informed and kept updated, there was no pressure to order which is a big thing with me . From start to finish it was a very smooth operation with everything being explained along the way with regards to shutter material, slat sizes, colours, shutter openings and were completely kept up to date with expected delivery and fitting etc. Time keeping was impeccable and Peter who fitted the shutters left no mess and was very conscientious.
