Owner, Pete, has honed his craft over the past 15 or more years to become a Essex Plantation Shutter business who chooses to outperform the rest. The saws guy was very pleasant and didn’t try to force a sale, explained all of our options and gave us a price. Cheaper than we were anticipating too. Messages sent with updates every now and then which is good. Pete came to measure up and give us a few options on different things which was good. I needed a blind for my bedroom window urgently as had no curtains and am very overlooked.  I messaged on the Wednesday, he came out to see me the following day, was very informative and helpful.  Sent me a quote within the hour and the blind was fitted exactly a week later.  Extremely pleased with the finished result.  Would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to use again.

I came across this company after doing some research and seeing the positive feedback from other customers, from the moment I messaged the customer service I received was exceptional, I was given so much info and my questions answered , from the first visit where measurements were taken and styles discussed to the fitting I was kept informed and kept updated, there was no pressure to order which is a big thing with me .
