From start to finish it was a very smooth operation with everything being explained along the way with regards to shutter material, slat sizes, colours, shutter openings and were completely kept up to date with expected delivery and fitting etc. Time keeping was impeccable and Peter who fitted the shutters left no mess and was very conscientious. The saws guy was very pleasant and didn’t try to force a sale, explained all of our options and gave us a price. Cheaper than we were anticipating too.
